Installation
We conduct location analysis and install the machine at your premises with due care.
Frequent Re-filling. Maintaining Hygiene.
A dedicated ‘Customer Service Officer’ who tracks stock levels, cleans and fills your machine, and rotates product to ensure your customers or staff have the best and freshest product. We ensure that highest level of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained inside and around the machine.
Servicing
We conduct both preventive and curative technical maintenance. If a machine is down, we will address the issue within 3 hours. We also conduct regular temperature checks to ensure product quality.
Customer Relationship Management
Your location will be assigned an ‘Account Manager’. She/he is only a phone call away and will deal with any outstanding issues.
